Exchanges and returns
- Go to www.justcarrieon.com/pages/returns-and-exchanges for the exchange and return procedure.
Packaging
- Pack the products in original condition and with the original packaging.
- Place the completed return form inside the packaging.
- Attach the supplied return label clearly visible on the packaging.
Shipping
- Drop the parcel off at the post office.
- Keep your proof of postage safe. CARRIE cannot be held responsible for parcels sent without Track&Trace.
Refund
When do we refund?
We transfer the purchase amount to you within 14 days of your cancellation.
What do you get back?
You get the full purchase amount back. Shipping costs and return costs are at the customer’s expense.
Where do I receive the refunded amount?
We refund the amount using the same method you paid with. If that is not possible, we will contact you.
