Ordering & Delivery
Found a CARRIE item you simply have to have? Great!
Select a colour and/or size and click ‘add to cart’. You can keep shopping and always return to your cart by clicking the ‘shopping bag icon’ in the top right. Please note: having items in your cart does not mean they are reserved.
All done shopping? Then it is time to complete your order. Click the ‘shopping bag icon’ in the top right to go to your CARRIE items. On the next screen you can adjust the quantities if needed. Then click the ‘Proceed to checkout’ button. You will arrive at the check-out page, where you can easily fill in all your details on a single page.
Please note: Once you have completed your order it can no longer be changed, because your order is processed straight away so you receive it as quickly as possible.
1. WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?
CARRIE covers the shipping costs. That means you pay no shipping costs.*
* You are responsible for the shipping costs to return an item.
2. CAN I TRACK MY DELIVERY?
Yes, we send all items with Track & Trace. You can follow your order via the order status page. You will receive the link by email as soon as your order has been shipped.
It can sometimes take a little while before the Track & Trace status becomes available.
3. WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?
At CARRIE we aim to process your order within 1 to 3 business days. After processing, we do our very best to deliver your parcel within 7 to 15 business days. Please keep in mind that delivery times can vary depending on demand and external circumstances. Do you have questions about your order? Feel free to contact us.
4. I AM NOT HOME DURING DELIVERY, WHAT NOW?
If your parcel cannot be delivered, it will wait for you for 7 days at a PostNL location (Bpost for Belgian orders). You will receive a notification from the courier that also states the pick-up location. After these 7 days, PostNL returns the shipment to our warehouse.
5. WRONG ADDRESS
It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure the shipping address provided is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Contact us immediately if you think you have provided a wrong shipping address.
6. LOST OR STOLEN PARCEL
We are not responsible for lost or stolen parcels. If your Track & Trace shows your parcel was delivered to your address but you have not received your order, please report this. 14 days after the stated delivery date, PostNL starts an investigation, and we will keep you informed until the investigation is complete.
