Returns & Exchanges

If you have received the wrong items or the items you received are damaged, please send an email to info@justcarrieon.com so we can discuss this further. If you are not satisfied with the goods received, you can return them to us within 14 days of receipt, provided the items are unused and in original, resellable condition. Once we have received your return, you are entitled to a refund of the purchase amount. The costs of the return shipment are at your own expense and start from €20 and can go up to €40, depending on the parcel size, weight and the chosen shipping partner.

Due to our warehouse clearance, items that are part of a discount, sale or tiered discount cannot be returned or refunded. All returned items must be returned unused, undamaged and in original condition, including the original packaging.

Requesting a return

  • Send an email to info@justcarrieon.com to request your return. Please include your order number, email address and the reason for returning.
  • You will then receive an email from us with the return form and further instructions.
  • Print the return form, fill it in and send it together with a photo of the products you are returning to info@justcarrieon.com for approval.
  • Once approved, make sure your return is well packaged and meets all the conditions below.
  • Clearly mark 'Returns' on the outer packaging of your parcel.
  • Use an insured, trackable service to ensure your parcel reaches us safely.
  • Send a follow-up email with your tracking information to info@justcarrieon.com

Return conditions and guidelines:

  • All returned items must be returned unused, undamaged and in original condition, including the original packaging.
  • The costs of the return shipment are at the customer’s expense and typically range between €20 and €40, depending on the parcel size and the chosen shipping partner.
  • Make sure all returned items are well packaged so they do not get damaged in transit.
  • Please make sure all return parcels are sent with a trackable, insured service, as we cannot take responsibility for items that are damaged or lost during return transport.

  • Make sure the return form has been approved. Without approval, your return may not be processed.

Easy returns in three simple steps:

Step 1: Request the return form via info@justcarrieon.com. Provide your order number, email address and reason for returning. You will then receive the return form and further instructions by email.

Step 2: Send your order. Send the items together with the completed return form to the address on the return form. Make sure to add a Track and Trace code to the parcel. As the sender you are responsible, and we want to avoid any misunderstandings.

Step 3: Receive the purchase amount in your bank account. Once we have received the parcel, we make sure the purchase amount is back in your bank account within 14 days.
